Steps to how we work
After both parties have decided to move forward, a proposal will be offered with three options to address a range of level of needs and budget.
Once the contract has been signed, the coach will contact the coachee and arrange the first meeting. Early stages include setting a goal for the coaching subject to approval by her superior. The superior will be informed regarding the coachee's level of engagement and attendance, but the contents of the sessions remain confidential between coach/coachee.
At the end of the engagement, a summary of progress and goal achievement will be provided by the coach to the sponsor. In return, feedback will be requested from the coachee, the superior or the client/sponsor.

Tailored leadership coaching upon request
Get five hours of targeted support for a specific item (narrow focus) over a short period.
Suitable for clients who would like to test-drive the process before making a more significant commitment or clients who want to enlist support on an as-needed basis.
Coaching will take place via Zoom or telephone.
At the end of this six-month program, managers will have learned skills that build trusting and loyal relationships for success. They'll discover alternate approaches for different personalities. Students will understand communication protocol for verbal or written word. And how to communicate on a one-on-one basis or with a group. We'll equip them with the ability to handle any situation with greater ease and produce beneficial outcomes.
The training takes place through our online program with videos, writing applications, and includes one-on-one coaching. The managers receive instruction on relevant topics, do-the-work, and apply the learning in real-time.
